The rythm, carnal and true like drums beating the bossanova, hands slapping; one, two against taut skin like a woman from the west coast, Hollywood sign lit like the moon, its light falling on us making this like the dream it should be, like fairy dust and heaven. She is sitting at the edge of a cliff with her eyes closed letting the violent night wind flow around her. It is blowing her hair across her face, the ends dance on her lips tickling them. She smiles. Even this high up she feels the spray of the waves as they crash on the rocks below. The familiar sounds of her family behind her are distorted, bent and reshaped by the wind. Hello to anyone who may stumble upon this. Most of the art here is a product of one of the most creative and talented minds I have ever known, my best friend, Gabriel Izquierdo. Sadly, Gabe passed away on March 7th, 2008. It has taken a while for me to mention his passing here but he loved submitting his latest work and seeing all the great and lovely comments from you all. I hope you will continue to leave your comments despite the fact that he will no longer be able to read them. I want to thank all the people that have ever and will ever praise his talent on his behalf.

Looking for a COLORIST

Hey, we're looking for a good colorist! We really need a colorist so if you think you're on the brink of proffesional level and wouldn't mind working for free at the moment, contact us! I know this sounds like a shot in the dark but hopefully there is someone out there that likes Gabe's art enough and sees that it could really go somewhere. We're looking to finalize some submission pages for a comic If you're interested we can talk and I'll tell you about the story and if you like it enough you can hop on board as part of the official creative team!
